A few useful answers

Simple for students.
Reassuring for parents.

Can Burnie help if my child is struggling to pass science?

Yes. One-to-one support can focus on gaps in the foundations, clearer explanations and practising how to approach exam questions. The aim is to build confidence and work towards a pass; a particular result cannot be guaranteed.

Which GCSE and IGCSE courses does Burnie support?

GCSE Combined and Triple Science at Foundation and Higher, covering AQA, Edexcel and OCR. IGCSE support includes Pearson Edexcel and Cambridge. Tell Burnie the course and exam board so lessons can fit what your child is studying.

How do I arrange a free introductory chat?

Contact Burnie using the WhatsApp or email options below. The introductory chat is free; it is not a free tutoring lesson. You can ask questions and discuss the support you are looking for before booking paid lessons.

Does my child need their own email address?

No. Students use their own learning login without needing an email address. Parents have a separate account for managing their side of tuition.

Can homework really be done on the website?

Yes—for PDF homework, students can write on the worksheet in the portal, save their work and hand it in online. Supporting files can also be uploaded when needed.

Can I keep up with their learning?

Your parent portal brings together the homework, feedback, progress and learning information shared with you, alongside your child’s upcoming linked lessons.
