Optional public-page statistics

Choose whether this browser may send optional public-page visit and speed information to Cloudflare. Off is the default; your tutoring and sign-in work either way. Under 18? Leave this off. We do not ask for your birthday or ID.

Your Allow or Off choice contains no account identifier and is valid for 90 days on this browser. Closing the cookie notice does not change it. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control keep measurement off. If storage is blocked, it stays off.

Turning it off refreshes any already-measured read-only public pages to stop their measurement. Booking, homework and account pages are not refreshed. This cannot erase measurements already sent. Read about measurement and controls.

Remember my child and workspace

The portal can remember your selected child and workspace between pages using session cookies. They are not access permissions. Browsers may keep session cookies when restoring a previous browsing session.

Turn this off to remove these cookies and choose context through page links instead. A session cookie remembers your “off” choice; it contains no child identifier.

Appearance

Use the sun/moon menu to choose System, Light or Dark and a Teal, Blue, Amber or Violet palette. System removes the saved light/dark choice; Teal removes the saved palette. When remembering is on, explicit choices remain in local storage until reset or cleared.

The identifier-free Off marker is kept until you turn remembering on or clear it in your browser. Off does not erase other accounts’ dormant appearance values or change sign-in permissions.

Public offline caching

Automatic public-page offline caching is off. We no longer start a new offline worker. An older worker is retired when it updates; save work before closing and reopening older pages. Normal browser HTTP caching and downloaded files are separate. Saved portal files are unchanged.

PDF viewer on a shared device

The portal editor keeps viewing history and viewer preferences in memory for the current page, and saved signatures are disabled. Older versions may have left local viewing history, preferences or signatures. You can remove those older entries here.

Save any open edits first. Clearing these entries does not delete homework, PDFs, annotations saved to the portal, downloaded files or other Google/Clerk data.

Google booking calendar

The embedded calendar stays off until you choose “Show booking calendar”—even if you follow a direct calendar link. You can book by email instead. “Close booking calendar” removes it from the page but cannot cancel a booking, erase data Google received or clear existing Google cookies.

Sign-in and other browser data

Clerk manages sign-in and security storage separately. These controls do not remove authentication cookies or Google account data. Sign out when using a shared device. Your browser can still retain downloads and other site data.
